Management & Organisation

With a clear structure and personal commitment, the management of the Landheim ensures that visions become reality. Experienced teachers, boarding school and administration managers work hand in hand to create the best conditions for learning, life and personal development. Transparent decision-making processes, trusting cooperation and a focus on the essentials characterise the organisation – for the benefit of all pupils.

Foundation management and steering committee

The foundation director represents the foundation internally and externally and is the driving force behind the entire foundation in accordance with the statutes.

The head of the foundation is supported by the management committee, which includes the headmaster, the commercial director and the boarding school directors on a permanent basis and can be supplemented by guests from the school management and admissions management as required.

Foundation Advisory Board

The Foundation Advisory Board is a "group parliament" consisting of parent representatives, members of the college, a representative of the Altlandheimerbund and deserving friends of the Landheim. It meets two to three times a year in the presence of two student representatives of the "Ring" who are authorised to participate. The Advisory Board elects the Board of Trustees and the Foundation Director.

Board of trustees

The board of trustees advises and supervises the foundation and school management in all matters of fundamental economic and educational importance. The foundation management is in close contact with the board of trustees.
