Every pupil has their own unique circumstances and life situations. We respond to them with understanding, individual encouragement and targeted support. Whether they have learning difficulties, personal challenges or special circumstances, we help them to develop their strengths and find ways to encourage and support them.

Health education

Growing up healthy, learning healthy

With established prevention programmes such as Lions Quest, we promote social skills, resilience and a sense of responsibility. Our pupils learn to treat themselves and others with care – a foundation that extends far beyond their school years.

Clear rules for healthy coexistence

A drug-free campus, a strict smoking ban, responsible smartphone regulation and controlled alcohol consumption – these clear rules provide guidance and security.

We trust in the positive role model effect of older students, who give younger students a sense of security with their attitude and sense of responsibility. This fosters a community in which health education is part of everyday life.

Infirmary

Competent care, loving support

The health and well-being of our students is our top priority at Landheim Ammersee. Our modern infirmary is a place where everyone can feel safe and well cared for.

Comprehensive care and well prepared

Our two experienced nurses not only take care of minor everyday ailments, but also look after the overall health and well-being of our students. Working closely with the house parents, local doctors and our school psychologist, they create a reliable network of care.

We regularly offer first aid courses for students and staff. This not only strengthens their sense of responsibility, but also creates security in case of an emergency – for a community that is there for each other.

Cooked with love – selected with care

At Landheim Ammersee, education doesn't just begin in the classroom, it begins at the buffet, because a healthy, balanced diet is the basis for physical growth, mental performance and holistic well-being.

In our Landheim kitchen, meals are cooked fresh every day – with high-quality, regional ingredients, great care and genuine passion. Every day, our chefs prepare seasonal, nutritious and delicious dishes that taste good, provide energy and inspire.

Variety that brings joy. Diversity that connects.

Whether hearty classics, a fresh salad buffet or vegetarian dishes – everyone will find something to their taste at our extensive buffet every day. The wishes and suggestions of our pupils are actively incorporated into the meal planning, making the Landheim kitchen a place of co-creation and appreciation.

Individual meals

Whether allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements – our kitchen team prepares individual meals on request and according to medical certificates.

Eating as an experience – community at the table

In the dining hall, we cultivate an appreciative table culture: pupils eat together with their mentors, and lunch is started and finished together. During meals, there is room for social interaction – for conversation and exchange.

Our five meals a day – including a lovingly designed afternoon break – not only promote well-being, but also the cohesion of our school family. A water fountain is available to all pupils 24 hours a day, even outside of meal times.

At school community celebrations and events, our kitchen provides culinary highlights with creative menus and stylish catering.
