At Landheim Ammersee, it's not just about teaching, but also about living together, and to ensure that this works for everyone, we have clear rules that provide orientation and ensure respect, reliability and cohesion.
Clothing – appropriate & practical
- School & lessons: neat, clean clothing, sporty and elegant, no jogging bottoms
- Formal occasions: smart clothing is required for concerts, performances or special events
- Leisure time: casual and comfortable, but always respectful towards others
Our dress code
Mobile phones & digital media – use them consciously
- Class time: Mobile phones must remain switched off and are to be handed in.
- Study and learning times: No distractions from mobile phones or social media.
- Free time & weekends: Mobile phone use is permitted as long as consideration is given to fellow residents.
- Night-time quiet hours: Mobile phones are to be put away in good time to ensure sufficient sleep.

Behaviour – Consideration & Responsibility
- Respectful interaction: Friendliness, tolerance and helpfulness are a matter of course.
- Conflicts: Address them openly and fairly – if necessary, with the support of mentors, educators or the Ring.
- Common areas: leave them tidy, be considerate of cleanliness and your fellow residents.
- Reliability: keep your promises, be punctual and take responsibility for your own actions.
Learning, working, structure & personal responsibility
- Study times: Fixed working hours are adhered to so that concentrated learning is possible.
- Independence: Complete homework and projects independently, with help available whenever needed.
- Encouragement & challenge: Everyone takes responsibility for their own learning progress – supported by teachers and educators.
Leisure & activities – embracing diversity
- Sport & art: regular participation in activities – exercise, music and creativity are part of everyday life.
- Community life: involvement in projects and workshops is expected.
- Weekends: joint activities, excursions and celebrations are part of the Landheim culture.
Health & well-being
- Nutrition: eating together, healthy and balanced.
- Smoke-free campus and alcohol in moderation.
- Night-time rest: fixed bedtimes ensure rest and a good rhythm.
The Ring – Participation & Responsibility
- The ‘Ring’ is the voice of the pupils.
- It meets regularly with the school management, raises concerns and helps to develop rules.
- In this way, pupils take responsibility for their interactions with one another.
