The weeks and days leading up to the summer holidays at Landheim
For many schools, the period between the end of term and the summer holidays is a time when things tend to drag on. Not so at Landheim Ammersee. There are so many brilliant and exciting projects, excursions and celebrations going on here – nobody wants to miss them.
Here is an overview of the key points and just a few of the activities:
- 11 July: Sailing regatta at Landheim Ammersee
- 14 July: Class photo shoot
- 16 July: ‘Frösche’ mentors’ trip to Skyline Park
- 17–24 July: Outward Bound summer week for Year 9 pupils
- 20–24 July: Project days and excursions
- 27 July: Awarding of ‘Mittlere Reife’ certificates
- 28 July: End-of-year service at St Anna’s Church for all Landheim pupils
- 28 July: End-of-term coffee morning
- 29 July until 10.00 am: Farewell to Year 4 pupils
- 29 July at 9.30 am: School finishes – the summer holidays begin!!!
- 29 July until the afternoon: Boarding pupils leave
