Study and career guidance

Discovering prospects. Shaping paths. At Landheim Ammersee, academic and career guidance does not begin only upon leaving school, but is an integral part of personal development – starting from lower secondary level.
Vortragssaal

In-depth guidance

Through age-appropriate modules, pupils explore their interests, strengths and potential fields of study and career paths at an early stage. This exploration is reflective, practical and supported by specialist teaching staff and external partners.

Insights into the realities of life

Work placements, careers days, discussions with alumni, and partnerships with universities and businesses create concrete opportunities for experience – tangible, motivating and tailored to individual needs.

Structured support right through to choosing a degree course or career

In the upper years, career and university guidance is further developed through individual counselling, skills assessments, application training and practical support with the transition to university or vocational training.

Inspiration from role models – the Landheim Entrepreneur lecture series

Six times a year, leading figures from the worlds of business, culture and sport give talks about their own personal careers and life journeys.

Non scholae sed vitae discimus! If that’s true, then the Landheim is the best place to do it!

Outward Bound – An expedition of self-discovery

A particular highlight of the year group is the experiential learning programme with Outward Bound. The multi-day expedition through the Alps is both physically and mentally challenging and fosters a sense of personal responsibility, teamwork and awareness of one’s own resources – an intense experience with a lasting impact.
