We – the Landheim community, together with the foundation’s directors, Maike and Rüdiger Häusler – are delighted to give you an insight into the lives of our pupils and to let you experience the energy, joy and sense of community that make our Landheim so special.

Yes, you’ll need to work hard and persevere here too – but you’ll never be on your own: tutors provide personalised support from Year 1 right through to A-levels. Open communication with parents and shared values create a strong foundation for successful school careers.

At Landheim, we encourage curiosity, a thirst for knowledge and perseverance. To enable our pupils to learn independently and successfully in the long term, we equip them with innovative and motivating tools.

Small classes mean great opportunities: more individual attention, more scope for questions, and more time for each and every pupil. This creates a learning environment in which academic achievement can flourish – underpinned by a sense of closeness, trust and genuine community.
International outlook – connected worldwide
Over 230 partner schools worldwide open their doors to exchange programmes and adventures. Perfectly organised, supervised and at no extra cost. The return visit to Landheim enriches the whole community, whilst Round Square conferences provide further international experiences and the opportunity to make new friends.
After-school activities
What is just as important at Landheim as school? The activities in the afternoons and at weekends. It is here that many Landheim pupils discover new, life-changing passions and talents, learn team spirit and perseverance through play, and feel both motivated and proud of their successful projects.
Lake Ammersee on our doorstep, Munich within easy reach
Our campus offers unspoilt nature: our own woodland, vast meadows, our own stream and direct access to the lake. At the same time, we are actively involved in village life in Schondorf, yet are just a stone’s throw from Munich – perfect for excursions, cultural activities and networking.
